Midlothian, VA— Gary has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry and has spent much of that time successfully establishing and renovating Commercial Banking divisions for community banks. He holds vast experience in executive management, commercial banking management, credit administration, new business production, relationship management, and commercial deposit product development and management. A superior client experience along with exceptionally strong credit portfolio profiles have been hallmarks of his leadership.

Gary earned his BS in Finance and Economics from Virginia Tech. He currently sits on the Boards of the local Chamber RVA, Chesterfield Business Council, Virginia Rep (Barsdale Theatre), Family Lifeline, Risk Management Association, Midlothian YMCA, Cal Ripkin Sr. Foundation, and the Richmond Ballpark Initiative.

Canton, GA— Sarah joined the bank as an experienced Treasury and Business Development Officer. She is actively involved in serving her community and making connections through local organizations including Scouts Canton, Inc. as treasurer and committee member, an active member of the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce which she served on the board of directors from 2021 to 2023, and also volunteers for Junior Achievement. She has previously served as President and board member of Greater Cherokee Kiwanis and is actively involved as a member of Canton First Methodist Church and BSA Troop 241. Sarah has a BA in Business Administration from Georgia College and State University.

Roanoke, VA— Scott has over 24 years of experience in the banking industry and joined the bank as part of our Commercial Banking department serving the Western Virginia market. Prior to joining the Farm Bureau Bank team, he worked at Hometrust Bank as the VP and Senior Business Banking Officer. As the Western Virginia Market Executive, Scott is committed to developing strong relationships and providing personalized service for our clients.

Scott earned his BS in Business Administration from Longwood University. He currently serves as Board chair of the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Virginia, where he has held numerous positions throughout his 15 years of support and has served on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement and Roanoke Valley Youth Soccer. He also serves as Head Coach of women’s soccer at Northside High School.

Raleigh, NC— Andrea has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry including branch management, business development, financial consulting, training, and 15 years in Treasury Services. As the Treasury Solutions Manager, Andrea is committed to collaborating with businesses to understand their needs and ensuring our suite of Treasury products meets and exceeds those needs.

Andrea attended community college in San Diego and traveled around the world in her youth. She has served as a founder and Co-Chair of the Rockland Trust Women of Action Committee, Business Development Chair on the United Arts Council of Raleigh, was an active Rotarian, and has served as a volunteer for The Friendship Home, Dress for Success, and Special Olympics.

San Antonio, TX— Kendall Lagleder is a Treasury Sales Representative at Farm Bureau Bank, where he works to provide clients with business solutions to help them meet their goals. Kendall joined Farm Bureau Bank in 2020 and worked with the Customer Care and the Banking and Client Services departments before transitioning to the Treasury Services Team. Before joining Farm Bureau Bank, he worked as a customer service supervisor for the Bay Area Toll Authority. Outside of work, Kendall enjoys volunteering with the Texas Diaper Bank and the Children’s Hunger Fund.

Kendall earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from West Texas A&M University.

Wilmington, NC— Kate Snyder is a Senior Treasury Solutions Officer at Farm Bureau Bank with nineteen years of experience in treasury services. She is passionate about growing relationships with clients and helping them meet their business goals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

San Antonio, TX— Thelma has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Farm Bureau Bank, she worked her way up from a Retail Banker to Assistant Branch Manager to Branch Manager at Woodforest National Bank. Now as a Relationship Banking Manager, Thelma is dedicated to providing personalized one-on-one service with her clients to ensure their banking needs are handled with ease.

Thelma earned her BBA in Business Management from Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas.
