Farm Bureau Bank is pleased to announce that Cathy Alexander will serve as the new Director of Relationship Banking. In her role, Alexander will be a driving force in leading the Relationship Banking organization across Farm Bureau Bank's resident communities, including Reno, San Antonio, and various Commercial Markets.

With a rich background in client retention and acquisition, relationship management, brand and marketing strategies, Alexander will be essential in helping steer the bank's direction in these crucial areas. Farm Bureau Bank is excited about the new ideas and approaches Cathy Alexander will bring as Director of Relationship Banking, starting a fresh chapter of growth for the team.

Alexander has over 30 years of financial services experience, having worked in a variety of leadership positions for several financial institutions. Prior to joining Farm Bureau Bank, she was the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Retail Banking for Frederick County Bank in Frederick, Maryland. She was previously a member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek. She has also held positions on the board of directors for Frederick Health Hospice, Weinberg Center for the Arts, Inc., and the Frederick Community College Foundation. Alexander has a BA in Psychology from Towson State University in Towson, Maryland.
